No Endorsement: The inclusion of a Network Partner does not constitute an endorsement. You are responsible for evaluating the Partner before engaging their services.

4. SMS/Text Message Terms

Text message communications are handled solely by Geniustream LLC . If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following terms:

Description of SMS Use Cases: We send text messages for inquiry confirmations, appointment reminders, and account updates related to your submission.

Message Frequency: You will receive approximately 2-5 text messages per month related to your inquiry and account updates.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you may opt in again through our website.

5. Phone Call Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receive telephone calls from Geniustream LLC  and the Network Partner(s) we match you with. You acknowledge these calls may be automated or use prerecorded voices.

6. FCRA Authorization

If applicable, you provide "written instructions" to Geniustream LLC and our Network Partners under the FCRA to conduct a Soft Credit Pull for pre-qualification. This does not affect your credit score.

7. Limitation of Liability

Geniustream LLC is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Network Partner. We are merely the connector.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Geniustream LLC against any claims arising from your use of the Site or your dealings with any Network Partner.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
